Incenteev is a digital coaching and sales enablement platform used by sales organisations across 20 countries. It combines microlearning, gamified challenges, KPI dashboards, and coaching workflows to drive team performance and behaviour change.
I worked on the platform as a full-stack developer at Trisoft, building and maintaining features across the Symfony and Twig stack. The platform's scale — active users across dozens of enterprise clients in multiple countries — made correctness and careful data handling the primary concern on every feature shipped.
